If a garage door continues to go off track, there is usually a problem with the tracks themselves or the rollers In this instance, both were to blame. We found the root of the damage in the hardware itself. On the left-hand side of the track, there was visible bending and rust. The rollers on the same side were no longer up to par. Fortunately, both issues were easily resolved. We simply replaced the old rollers with new ones, used a hammer to straighten out the bent part of the track, and scrubbed off all of the rust.
