Our Solution:

Customer was wise to call us since an off-track garage door requires expertise to fix and can cause significant injury or damage if left unattended or if tackled by a non-professional. After stabilizing the garage door to prevent it from falling while we worked, we safely disconnected the old opener before proceeding to fix the track damage that was the source of the problem. At the same time, we replaced some of the rollers which we deemed below par, and then set the garage door back on track. We wrapped up the job with some standard safety tests and the system was good as new.
