Our technicians were originally called to repair the problem, and while that was well within their capabilities, they recommended the customer actually get a new unit installed, to avoid having to deal with frequent problems. After discussing some of the options with him, Mr. Trigg chose the Amarr 860 smart garage door belt drive opener, which we installed for him the following week (per his request). The new unit boasted built-in Wi-Fi connectivity as well as compatibility with HomeLink and various Amazon Products (Echo and Dot), which the customer owned.
