The belt drive of the door’s opener somehow got yanked out of its place, leaving the opener disconnected.
Our team inspected the trolley for signs of damage; fortunately, it was just an old and poorly installed drive that was at fault. We installed replacement belt and reconnected the unit to the trolley. Then we reconnected the opener to the power socket and tested the system to ensure it was working flawlessly.
