One of Mr. Linck’s rollers somehow popped off of his garage door.
Raising the garage door off track allowed our technicians to check it for other problems, and it turned out that the roller above the missing one was also loose. They replaced the one and tightened the other, and then reinstalled the door after oiling the tracks.
